THEATRE – Grand Magasin at the Ménagerie de verre
Grand Magasin, a humor that relies solely on signs, gestures, words, stories, attitudes. An extravagant humor that might be very confusing for those who are too rational…
Obviously, this is extremely fragile: it requires listening, or an amused benevolence of the public. And participation. Intellectual at least: the thing that makes you laugh the most with Grand Magasin is what is about to happen! A style, more than just mechanics – a mind.
Ménagerie de verre, 9pm until 20 September. Then, in its English version, 9, 10 and 11 October in Leuven (Belgium).
